You pay for their time, and they work as your own team member. You assign their daily tasks and train them on your processes. What is Delegate CX (DCX), and how does it work with PhotoUp?
DCX is PhotoUp’s parent company. It serves as the Employer of Record for your photo editor or anyone else you hire through us. That means DCX formally employs your team member in their home country and handles payroll, benefits, and HR. On your end, things stay simple: your new hire works inside your workflow every day, and we take care of the rest.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Our staffing positions have no fixed term. If you decide to make a change, just give 60 days’ notice to end the agreement.
